samurai jack is pretty good, it's reminiscent of a ps2 era game in a good way.
definitely not the best action game out there but it's fun, especially if you're a fan of the series

prob gen 1. they made it impossible to complete the pokedex unless you had a friend with the opposite version, and one of you was okay with restarting a few times to get the starters covered....or if you had two gameboys and copies of each version.
so kids with no friends whose parents could barely afford the first gameboy had no chance of ever completing the pokedex.

yeah, I go on a bike ride almost every day during spring/summer and I'll stop at garage sales that I pass. I've found a few really cool things at them, got a basically mint condition original gameboy + box for $10, also random ps1 games, comics, movies, etc.

there's a huge garage sale that's organized by my city every year. instead of being at peoples homes, the parking garage in our "downtown" is closed down for the week and people are allowed to rent booths/spaces in the garage where they can sell their things.
lots of really cool stuff at this sale, and there's a lot of crossover with people who are vendors at the local renaissance festival.

i also trash pick a lot. my current desk, lamp, and even TV were all trash picked.

if parents are worried about their kids getting into their alcoholic drinks, then they should keep them in a separate fridge or cabinet that the kid can't get to.

the jack daniels + coke isn't even the worst of these spiked drinks. look at the arizona hard cans, they're even closer in appearance to the standard arizona than the jack+coke are to standard coke.

but seriously, even with regular beer or something, there are tons of can designs that would be appealing to kids, so it's best to either teach them that they aren't meant for kids, or keep them somewhere that the kid can't get to it.

nah, I don't mind it at all. I keep my facial hair long enough that I can trim it with scissors which is much better than an electric razor imo.
