This appeal being heard by the Georgia Court of Appeals knocks out any chance of the Georgia RICO trial happening this year. It apparently can take up to 8.5 months for them to give a decision. If they rule against the defendants, they'll likely appeal to the Georgia supreme court any way.

Just saw a post that said "August term cases must be decided by March 14, 2025." If this is true, then I would guess the case may not begin until mid to late 2025 at best, assuming the Georgia supreme court rules by mid 2025.

I loved it, also its not an easy game by any means but it is a game where you can find builds that make it very manageable

Tbh I dont even think theyre that versatile. They fill basically the same purpose in most dishes. Soften them up and use them as filler, or fry them. You can safely swap them out with any other tuber or root vegetable for the majority of cases

not like onions which are a critical component in the flavor of a huge variety of dishes

I feel like there are multiple Pokemon that Gen that were intended to be evolutions of previous Pokemon but then they made the decision to have it be 100% new Pokemon until the elite 4 or something

Wut. The first 3 eps are the best eps easily. And the comedy drama tonal shift is pretty much what makes Korean cinema. And it was incredibly funny!

I just dont think what comedy it had was very funny.

it had some powerful scenes and I dont like, regret watching it or anything. It was like a 6 or 7 out of 10 show.

it was audacious and it tried some interesting things and the narrative framing device was great especially with the reveal at the end but I dont feel like it added up to the sum of its parts

Hopefully we get a decent ending. Season 1 was the best, and it got slowly worse as the show went on. By the end of 3, I was kind of feeling done with the show.

Enough time has passed that I think I'm ready for a final season... but man back when 3 was fresh, I was about ready to drop the show...

i give season 3 a break because it was clearly written around contriving a reason to have as few actors as possible interacting with as few others as possible (due to covid restrictions at the time)

the probably should have just delayed it but idk what went into that decision

paying a cook $15 an hour to cook a hundred cheeseburgers in an hour doesnt add a significant cost on a per cheeseburger basis

I feel like the Pacifica's been around long enough that any concerning reliability issues would've been ironed out by now, plus could likely have them add on an extended warranty and still walk away saving a shitload vs new.

The hybrid version specifically has some transmission issues on models built before 2023

i think there was a recall but its still not something Id want to deal with/worry about

yeah we have an authentic one a couple blocks away and we eat there or get takeout all the time. cheap, fast, and delicious

so blender "helpfully" deletes things that you don't have assigned to an object when you close it. so animations, geometry node setups, shaders, etc.

super fucking annoying. I lost one of my geometry node collections to this, and I'm rebuilding it trying to make it better and I'm making some decent progress

earlier I had built some buildings by making frames, and then manually adding in all the walls by duplicating the edges and using a "wood plane" geometry node I had.

Working on automating that and making it just one collection but it's tough. I'm learning a good amount though

I've read about reliability issues that would make me uncomfortable with buying an older used model, especially one with 67k miles in just a couple years

also the new purchase qualifies for a $7500 credit that comes off the MSRP. there's smaller credit on used vehicles but there are more stipulations on qualifying for that one

did they "mess up" or did they sell you a quarter of a game by design
