Nah. The husband and I cook for 2 and rarely have leftovers for more than 2 days, usually only 1. After that we toss whatever left. It's still cheaper than a single meal for us both if we go out.

1:24 100% completion in Super Metroid. Original hardware, back in the early 2000's. I learned about mockball and just went nuts. Don't have the save anymore because the cart battery died or the save corrupted or something. I don't remember exactly.

Edit: I can barely ever pull off mockball anymore lol. And some of the other glitches, like ice beam ceiling warp for back door entry to Spring Ball I can't do at all to save my life.

Yep, I did. I love WW's gallery hunt probably as much if not more than the core gameplay. That and decorating Windfall Island. Yes, I know I'm a weirdo.

1994. Got it for my birthday in May that year, beat it by the weekend. I was so fucking hyped for it, reading every scrap in Nintendo Power up to its release. I was actually a little disappointed how easy it was after Metroid and RoS, but got over that pretty quick once I learned wall jump and started sequence breaking.

I 120'd SM64 back when it was new. Now I can't tolerate its jank long enough to get past Jolly Roger Bay.

That's it. There's no other reason.

Trek has been great, except for the first two seasons of Picard. Those were really disappointing, but S3 was fantastic.

Even the first season of Discovery is a lot better than it generally gets credit for. It wasn't perfect, but it was good, especially the second half of the season. It's only gone up from there, and the current season is shaping up very well.

Lower Decks is amazing. Much, much better than I was expecting out of a comedic Trek series.

Prodigy is good. Some low points and it drags at times, but the highs are really high. The back story of the Vau N'Akat is really compelling. Too bad it got canceled. I'm hoping S2 was able to wrap things up and gets released soon.

SNW is the standout. Can't wait for S3.

As for Star Wars, I haven't paid attention to the franchise since the prequel trilogy completely tanked my interest.

3 is still my favorite, but I've played it so much over the years that 4 is my new go-to when I get the Pikmin itch. They're all great games, though. I'm honestly "meh" on how 2 and 4's caves are implemented; they interrupt the flow of the day for me. I would have preferred it if you could do caving expeditions independent of the normal day cycle, kind of like how 4 handles night missions. Caves are still a lot of fun regardless.

This legitimately infuriates me.

Fantastic game that improved upon the already great BotW in almost every way, albeit with odd annoyances here and there like how the only way to control a companion is to run up to them and they sometimes run from you and how the four sage cutscenes were lazy copy and pastes.

Pretty much this. Also, I couldn't sink as much time into TotK because I'd 100% BotW and I got burned out on the gameplay. Still, TotK is the one I'll jump back into one day when I want to replay that style game.

You can expect the groups to start dealing with them in more permanent ways if the government isn't doing what it's supposed to. Better in prison than killed.

Tldr, the dramatics make it worse for everyone.

Not too long ago I wrote a short story where God was lonely in the empty void. After playing around with the physics of space and time and matter, he eventually sacrificed himself to create a stable universe, comforted in the knowledge that every living thing that emerged would be in some small way a part of him.
