This took me about 10 seconds to find on Google, where Netanyahu states the IDF/Isreal's estimated number of deaths.

Also - what action has Isreal done that's contrary to the idea of hamas doing a complete surrender/releasing hostages without negotiation?

• Allow settlers to expand further and further into West Bank, stealing their land
• Draft plans for Israeli real estate in Gaza now that it's destroyed, including even making a housing website with house pricing.
• Allowing people outside of Israel to buy Palestinian land
• Netanyahu and his government repeatedly saying that they will not allow Palestine to have a state under any circumstances. Two-state solution is absolutely unacceptable
• Netanyahu and his government repeatedly saying that they will continue the war on Gaza long after all hostages are back.
• Netanyahu and his government saying that Palestinians need to be exterminated
• Netanyahu and his government stating that the plan is ultimately to remove Palestinians from Gaza entirely.
• Netanyahu saying "From river to the sea" in regard to the war
• Netanyahu saying the Palestinian land belongs to the Jewish people.
• Israel killing off Palestinians for 70 years
• Israel rejecting every ceasefire/hostage trade offer after breaking the last ceasefire when they sniped some kids

It's really a terrible tragedy.

One would hope hamas would return all of the hostages they took and do a complete surrender to end the war and save the lives of their innocent people. It's obvious at this point they stand literally zero chance at any form victory, that any "repercussions" from Isreal's actions will be minor and entirely forgotten in the coming years. The only right thing to do would be to surrender, admit defeat, hand over the hostages and try and prevent more deaths to the innocent people there.

Since none of the above is going to happen, Isreal will continue the war and continue to peruse hamas until they feel it has been "completely defeated", whatever that might entail. Isreal is not going to just stop out of nowhere, this will continue, that's just how it is regardless of what anyone wants. All we can realistically hope for is that Isreal gets this job done quickly and efficiently so the killing can stop and rebuilding, if possible, can begin.

That kind of violence is why you don't go to a protest of that type without a weapon. I don't care if it's just a fucking rock or a long stick. The cops will not protect you, they want the violence the counter protestors bring, so the only thing that can do is be prepared to fuck someone up if they start it.

In the absence of that, I'm gonna go with jogging tirelessly. The jumping one could be helpful when it's time to clean the gutters, but tireless jogging is virtually never not helpful.

For every round, a picture of a random, unnamed video game character will be posted. The character can be a person (man/woman/child), animal or monster, alien, robot, etc. As long as they are a character or NPC. Each round will alternate between male and female characters.

You must decide, based on the picture, what you think of the character/what you will do with the character. You may or may not know the character posted, or who they are as a character, but vote anyway! Upon the next round, the character's name and game will be posted alongside the results.
