While I respect the choice to make the game a pseudo-RTS a quarter of the way through, I really wish they could've also just went all in on the action hack 'n' slash stuff instead.

It's based off those old bootleg NES games that had an absurd amount of "games" preloaded onto it.

More specifically, Action 52.

Of course the difference here is that the games don't suck and are actual fully developed works. It's basically just like an old-school NES style compilation of mini-games (as in, actual miniature sized "full" games).

First exposure: Earliest memory I can think of is seeing the anime VHS at Blockbuster, but I don't have any memory of specifically asking my mom for anything related to it. I just remember one day I got a brand new lime green Gameboy Color and Blue version and the rest was history tbh.

There should be some legal precedent that states that if they're gonna be so frivolous with their lawsuits, then they should at least be obligated to make whatever game(s) they're suing over available for purchase. Most of the time that's one of the main reasons why people emulate, because they can't easily access whatever game, so just give them what they want. At least that way Nintendo can still get their money.

It's usually still pretty hot in October, but not triple digit hot. Generally it's still around the 80-90 degree range. Obviously the northern towns get cold sooner, but Phoenix doesn't typically start having below 80 degree weather until late October at best or mid November at worst.

This. I completely lost respect for Rockstar after seeing how they just hopped on the GTA Online gravy train. And then they didn't even bother trying with RDR2's online, even if the main game was still fantastic.

I'm skeptical about how GTA6 will turn out, but by the time it comes out I probably still won't have something to play it on, so I'm not really that concerned. I'm fully expecting the Online experience to be GTA5 all over again, but I'm more interested in the main story overall.

Hell I'd sooner play DmC than actual DMC2.
