I just remember finding all the GFs and having trouble junctioning all the stats for three characters, let alone six. Yes, it is trivially easy to have a full team of six built characters by the time you are facing the final boss. As mentioned, by the end of the first disc you are already complete for a single team and that's ignoring the fact that you can pretty easily get a hold of items that let you add the ability to junction to any GF that you want. While I can't say that gearing out everyone is particularly that great of an idea, it is not hard at all to do so beyond a couple of very specific spell junctions (Ultima in particular is kind of a pain if you don't know the cheeky ways to get it). --- "A shouted order to do something of dubious morality with an unpredictable outcome?
