Most of the 8 or lower reviews are basically dinging it for being a faithful remake of a game made over 30 years ago. Saw some reviews that wanted it to be more newbie friendly, not "just for longtime series fans", or stating it is overly old school.

... bitch, it's a remake of a game made in in 1988. Of course it's gonna be old school.

Realtalk: I'm a hardcore purist and was slightly disappointed in some of the features in the DQ1 port on the Switch... slightly.

If you're making money from photography on top of a main, reliable source of income, I'd think of the photography income as just a bonus. Take a couple jobs and use the money you get from them to buy the new camera. Think of it as a future investment.

Unless you're relying on the money you earn from photography for other things, then that might make the decision more difficult.
