You'll have to ask DToast and Timmy what that means. According to them, CE is responsible for doxxing him (This, if it happened was likely conducted by TaiIs and his crew) and sending him death threats (If this is true it was also likely conducted, again, by TaiIs and his crew). So, instead of going after the problem directly, Toasty and Timmy decided "It's CE's fault entirely, fuck them, let's punish them because we're incompetent at doing our job."
