Yeah prob when I drank daily and also when I was more physically active as a teenager but I dont do those anymore.

I tend to eat a meal every 12 to 24 hours or so atm. With some light snacking inbetween. Im not sure how many calories that is. I weigh slightly less than my teenaged self atm which is probably a bad thing. It started sometime in January. My appetite just gradually lowered I'm not sure why

As for other PvM, I am planning to kill the Kalphite Queen once for the Desert Hard diary. You can walk under her to stop her attacks while you heal, so it doesn't look too hard. Abyssal Bludgeon + Toxic Blowpipe should do her in nicely.

I ended up getting the rogues outfit. Took like 10 mins.
Expected it to take an hour or so lol.

So I can use sara brews for blackjacking now without losing money. Cost around 300k for 27 of them and I get around 500k gp from the bandits after a 2 hour and something mins session. This also means like 600k xp!

The failure rate isn't that bad at 80 and onwards thieving so I can comfortably watch videos while doing it now.
