It's insane nowadays that you can have video documentation of an event, eyewitness accounts, the whole monty... and then people will just decide that they disagree, come up with their own version of things, share it on social media and others will see that and take it as their emotional support confirmation bias, and before you know it there's half the population walking around with their own made-up reality.

Yeah, saw so many people on facebook doing the "Let's wait for the facts, we don't know who these people are yet!" and now everyone does the "The cops let them in, it was fine, nothing happened, what about the riots!"

No, not in the next few years. But sometime this century most likely. Gradually as more crops fail, sea life dies out, and access to fresh water becomes more difficult, more and more people die. Eventually civilization will collapse and billions of people will starve to death.

Plus the climate change will lead to mass immigration problems, which will most likely lead to multiple wars, maybe even nuclear if one country gets desperate enough.

For the record, I dont think humans will go completely extinct. There will be scattered survivors. But I do believe that civilization will collapse within fifty years or so.

Yeah. We're a salaried at my place, so it's bi-monthly. Biweekly is by far the most common way to do it.

We were weekly until we got bought out and now moving over to biweekly and this will be the first Friday I don't get paid and it fucking sucks. lol
