The length of urethra does actually have medical relevance, just not here.

The urethra in a penis is less likely (dunno how much specifically) to develop UTIs, since the length makes it harder for the pathogen to get where it needs to be.

The only slowdown I noticed was when I had two Pawns flamethrower-ing an Ogre in a mine tunnel he barely fit in and I launched a full charge Ricochet Shot.

from what I've seen, those who are pan tend to be more open with who they might be attracted to, regardless of gender expression, while it doesn't happen as much with those who are bi.

Yeah, it seems interchangeable in theory on a basic definitional basis, pansexuality just puts more focus on other areas outside the classic dichotomy.

It is not largely interchangeable in practice, if someone identifies as one and not the other that's entirely their business.
