Goku tells everyone that Frezia coming back won't be any problem and then only a arc later Frezia is stronger then everyone and Goku just laughs it off...as planets are dying...I hated how Goku did not have to face any responsibility for how much suffering that caused even when Granola's whole arc should have been about that.

I mean...I know we just lost Toriyama, but after a year that was just redoing the movie its a bit alarming that Toyotaro had no idea what was planned to happen. Yep. One of the only times he was allowed to throw a punch on that show, Spidey was fighting the Spot, and naturally, the fist went through one of Spot's dimensional holes and came out of another, resulting in poor Peter punching himself.

The network also demanded that Spidey not disturb any pigeons whenever he landed on rooftops. This was deliberately referenced in the later cartoon, The Spectacular Spider-Man, in which Peter repeatedly startled pigeons by swinging by, got thrown at pigeon cages, etc.

People got to understand that as bad as it was, it STILL was leagues better then previous shows before it like Spiderman and freinds in which he was even MORE restricted in what he could do.

It's not like the 90s cartoon gave us everyone. Like no Kitty Pride going as far as removing her from "Days of future's past" her most well known storyline. Or how Havok was just a cameo in one episode, despite Cyclops having a whole storyline about his missing family. They never had a real reunion between the brothers.

I love X-Men TAS but all the shows picked and choose who they used and how they used them.

Even the Comics does not have ALL the X-men in a arc at once, they picked and choose who would round out the show and sent everyone else to the reserves, there was no way they were going to have every active member on the show at once.

I mean, X-men 92 started in 92, Evolution started in 2000, and Wolverine and the X-men aired in 2009 so that is almost decades apart in when they each aired.

I mean, the 90's show did have a lot of good lines so not sure what else you were looking for but does not seem we are going to agree on this.

I very much disagree. The action, plots, characterization and animation on those two shows were MUCH better than TAS.

Not to fair to compare animation to shows that came out decades apart, and I felt the 90's X-men had the most fleshed out versions of most of them...in Wolverine in the X-men only Wolverine and oh...Frost even had time to develop personality.

Hell Magneto was still the best in the 90's version as he backtracked in complexity in later versions. Gambit just got reduced to a cameo in the later shows along some of the others. The 90's one is still the only one to give us Cable and many others to.

I won't deny that later shows had some like Iceman, Nightcrawler, or Shadowcat have much larger roles since they were part of the team...I guess it depends on who you care about being in the show more since they had different core teams.

I know not everyone failed and there are still those like Nostalgia Critic and the Video Game Nerd and a few others, but between seeing Rooster Teeth fall apart despite how much success it had and those like On top the 4th wall falling apart its just depressing that the era of Internet upstarts seems to have ended in failure.

Sure it was unrealistic for everyone to become outright movie starts but at the start it felt so awesome seeing all these pepole just in there rooms be successful and being able to make a career over it but then in fighting destroyed just about most of them.

Its not like they are not the only ones having issues with the whole Writer's Strike that crippled the entire Entertainment Industry, it feels like its becoming a bigger issue that the entire industry is collapsing and that only the " Gods" AKA Amazon, Netflix, and a few others will rule over everything because they crushed the entire world and, its just, depressing how it went from where it looked like anyone with talent having a shot at making it big turning to only the " Elite" will control everything after all, sigh.

I admit...after Sword and Shield had it so you could not transfer old Pokemon into it and had to buy them as DLC I also gave up on the games...with how bad the last few ones have seemed it seems like I did not miss to much either.

I came back to Pokemon again and again to see if Ash would ever in fact become a Pokemon Master...to end it with him beating someone who was not even from the games to become the " true champ" without a final fight with Gary, nor meeting his father, NOR meeting Ho-Ho made me never want to follow Pokemon again...its all pointless.

As for Trump and Christianity or the Christian right the Evangelicals are slowly becoming more of a political force than religious. Evangelical church attendance has declined yet Evangelicalism is on the rise. On top of that some are starting to openly denounce the teachings of Jesus of Nazareth. The Christian right is slowly losing any religious trimmings beyond some vague belief in God/the afterlife and their view of Jesus being some contradictory mess I can't put my finger on. I think Trump is some kind of low key theist who sees himself as God's chosen person who is always right because he is that much of a megalomaniac
