I'm up to the third season now. I thought Zuko would finally join their team during the season 2 finale in time for Aang to learn fire bending. But damn that did not go as I expected.

Also, the episode that ended with For Mako got me fucked up.

That was a genius twist. Katara must be fucking pissed at zuko after giving him the benefit of a doubt and like, 5th chance.

This is a normal thing that happens to many singers in the music industry, not all of them become mainstays only a select few.

As for Katy Perry specifically, there was a youtube video that explained what happened, she released an album in like 2014 or 2016 and it bombed and she just became less popular after that. Even though the album in question had some catchy tunes

Like, if his movement wasn't so weird and sexualized, I wouldn't think anything of him sharing a bed with random stranger's kids that are not his own. But it's the grabbing crotch shots that make me frown tbh when compounded on top of that.

Well the ps2 or vanilla p4 is superior. The golden version does add some gameplay improvements and quality of life improvements but not worth it for the terrible character they added, thd worse (and less thematically relevant) intro song, and the padding. If you don't know about the minor gameplay improvements beforehand you certainly won't miss them.

OK just saw a hersheys logo on the back of the box for the egg. That's one explanation at least... but even the chocolate bunny the hotel left as a gift tastes not great, nice gesture aside.

Lol this is a bittersweet example because that studio specifically failed because the animation was so beautiful, and there was no market for it . Maybe the audience does prefer gross out/caricature art style only.

Why do those jumbo size (and usually themed) chocolate products taste so bad? I like chocolate but these taste just not good. I don't know what the word is to describe them, sour?

Actually, I do have an adjacent question to the general premise of this topic: are we talking western animation specifically drawn in the west, like actual American Animators, or western shows that are outsourced to Korean studios/elsewhere like a bunch of shows from our youth? Because the 90s golden age of tv cartoons was great but I don't know if they were drawn in-house. Like I know btas was outsourced to Korean animators. Same with avatar. Tiny toons I don't know. Ducktales and Disney's other 80s-90s classic cartoons of our childhood I'm not sure.

And I kind of do agree that I loathe the 2000s/post 2000s animation style and animation itself, I think they call it callarts? Compare that with the other goofy but still great style of our cartoons like the tick or even ninja turtles

It's like, I was old enough to be around for the MK thing, so this phenomenon escaping me was curious.

That still doesn't answer TC's question though. This was the decade that gave us Cindy Crawford, Denise Richards, and Lola Bunny (the big 3 as it were) and I refuse to believe there were people back then that were attracted to that blob of polygons over the big 3 or any other girl of the decade. It just doesn't compute.
