Since the Browns have returned to the League both the Jaguars and Titans have won the Browns division more than the Browns have. They were only in the same division for 3 years. The Browns have been back in the league for 25 years.

That's more likely to be strategic. If he says he's going against the Supreme Court publicly, the courts can use his statements. So he doesn't do that, says he's following the advice of his lawyers, and lets them take the blame to the extent there will be any.

This is giving Trump way too much credit. You don't get to pretend he's playing some 3D chess when he's just shitting all over the board and declaring himself a winner. Him saying "Well, it's the lawyers fault!" might work... if he didn't have an entire administration who's jobs would be to know the court ruling, and act on it. But he does. This isn't any part of some grand strategy. He really is just that stupid. That's why he paid a ghost writer to write art of the deal. It's why his businesses have largely been failures, and why he's declared bankruptcy so many times that if he were black Ronald Reagan would have called him a welfare queen.

The more teams take you off their board, the more likely other teams will wait to pick you. Why pick someone when nobody wants them? You don't take Tom Brady in the 3rd if you can get him in the 6th. We didn't message hard enough on Project 2025, and Harris was defined by that stupid anti-trans messaging. You couldn't turn on sports without seeing that ad. And Dems can't just throw trans people under the bus with a wink and a nod like Trump could throw evangelicals under, because trans people are actually oppressed and not just pretend oppressed to fuel their persecution complex. On top of that, Harris had to carry the dead weight of a Biden administration that was silent on all of their accomplishments.
