Yes I do cause one of my neighbors throws their trash over the fence into my yard. They deny its them but Ive lived here over 10 years and it only started when they moved next door about a year ago.

We didnt even have phones in our classrooms, Im guessing since the area of Chicago I grew up in was relatively poor back in the 80s and 90s.

I say yes but even with banning them how do you enforce it and you know kids will find a way around it. If theyre caught in class using it it should be confiscated but we have instances where teachers have been assaulted for doing that like the girl that maced the teacher or the guy that nearly beat a teacher to death over a switch.
