I think I'd need a PT to start me up, I have no idea what to do with anything and what would be recommended for me.

The gym I go to offer a free PT the first time even for a free trial run. The PT show you exercises and machines and help you make a program :)

The bill made it so that foreign workers can't be let into Sweden and allowed to do cheap labour and disregard Swedish work laws. If you hire foreign labour then they shall follow Swedish work laws quite simply. The Prime-minister literally did say that "Swedish jobs should first and foremost go to Swedes" and the Nationalists supported the bill helping it pass despite strong opposition from the four traditional Right-wing parties. The traditional Right tend to buddy up with CEO:s and corporations and they don't like this law since it means they can't exploit cheap labour from poor foreign countries anymore.

I just started going to the gym for the first time and I had literally no idea what the hell I was doing. Just did random shit there until I was really tired. Trying to build muscle.

You should make a plan if you want to build muscle more efficiently :) You can do a full body workout a few times a week or make so called "splits" but both are best performed with a plan so you know that you properly hit all the relevant muscles. You can do many different variations if you split up the muscle groups on different days and I tend to change it around a bit after a couple months if I notice one part of my body need an extra boost.

My current split is this:

* Chest followed by shoulders and triceps.

* Biceps, back and abs (I do this split twice a week cuz my biceps are a weakspot compared to other parts of my body like my chest and legs).

* Shoulders (also a personal weakspot), triceps and legs.

If I go a 5th time then I throw in chest/legs. Cardio is mainly when I bike to work, to the gym, walking to the grocery store and such.

The patties really don't look bad. I mean what are hamburgers? Brown and flat, doesn't really look that much appealing.

Food looks great, but not enough for me. I'm 150 lbs and 6'1", I NEED to eat.

I think the picture make the portion look smaller than it actually is. The plate is quite large and so are the potatoes, the patties and so forth. I'm a big eater too :D

Doesn't look bad, but I personally can't stand beets. And potatoes just like that with barely any sauce is a no for me, I don't care much for potatoes.

Having no beets and much more tzatsiki I'd like that much. Prob replace beets with chickpeas in the patties.

It's a good meal tho if you like that that stuff. So in that sense 8/10. Personally a 2/10, beets make it not edible for me.

Beets and liver are the 2 things I can't eat.

I had more tzatziki than in the pic - added more as I ate ;) And beets are just so tasty imo!
