So we take a dresser out of her room to give to my other sister for her new apartment. She hasn't lived here in 2 months we figure she would be ok with it. Nope. As soon as she sees it is missing she flies into a rage screaming about its her room and they have no right to move her stuff and she just now got her room how she likes it. Eventually mom just tells her to go home, effectively ending what started as a nice evening.

In the comics, Thor was banished to earth and had to prove himself worthy to become Thor again. Odin took away his memories and gave him the body of Donald Blake. After about 10 years Odin deemed him worthy and drew him towards the hammer again. Even before that, in Asgard, when Odin first forged the hammer, it was still about 8 years before Thor was able to prove he was worthy and claim it.

And then Odin gave the hammer to a random woman because he's an equal opportunity god.
