I even buy through Amazon, get that AutoRip so I can listen to the music right away and then I don't even have to unwrap the CD unless I plan on keeping it in the car as a back-up. ... That probably sounds like the equivalent of wearing white socks with sandals to the outside observer. Oh well. |

You don't have to smoke a pack a day for it to become a fully formed habit and once that happens you might find yourself smoking more often than you planned. Vaping is alright but it can have a fairly high buy-in price and it can also be habit forming :\ Its health effects are entirely unknown since it's a relatively young phenomenon and most studies that have been conducted so far have had very heavy biases. I mean if you're looking for a cessation tool it might not be too bad, but I'd still just recommend something like gum, toothpicks or lollipops if your addiction isn't too strong still :\ |

I don't know how many cigarettes you do have left, TC, but rationing them out and smoking them at odd times (when you wouldn't normally be smoking as you've been doing over the past 2 months) could also help you reduce how much you're taking in. |

Also you get perks the higher you level up a weapon proficiency, culminating in being able to do stuff like impaling or dismembering people. I think there's also a mod that lets you use empty books to write notes, which could be useful for keeping track of quest progress and tasks. |

Well, I forgot about the awful leveling, true. Morrowind also had a broken leveling system (I wonder if that's a holdover from Arena/DF ? I never played those unfortunately). "Boring dungeons" is subjective. I didn't really enjoy the same four themes in Skyrim, personally. It doesn't have the same personality that Morrowind has as far as atmosphere is concerned, but as far as monsters and lore go, it's still much better than Skyrim. EDIT: And I forgot the Discordian DLC for Oblivion, I loved that. Anyway, not going to convince anyone of anything, so sorry for stirrin' up stuff in your topic. Hope you enjoy whatever you go with. |

They got rid of all the fun magical systems that existed in games prior (no more crafting your own A-bomb fireball spells). The combat is literally the same as in previous TES games, it just looks cleaner (and omgosh kill cams!), but it's functionally the same. Maybe the exception being the werewolf/vampire diseases and how they operate. |

I ... didn't play enough really to get a well-rounded impression, but I was kind of turned off by the older questing mechanics where you're just told a location where something should be but it's up to you to figure out where that location is and track down the item. For instance, I was told that this painting was stolen by bandits in a named marsh. So I had to find the marsh, and then I killed about thirty bandits but it never dropped -_-. It was just a bit ambiguous, which was both a nice change of pace from modern games that would show you exactly where to go, how far away it is, and which monster you have to kill specifically to get the item, but it was also a little confusing/ambiguous. ANYWAY... I think it's got a lot of potential. Also the map didn't work for me after a certain point, it just kept saying the asset couldn't be loaded. But it's still in development and the update newsletters are friggin' awesome and very frequent so I have faith they'll fix that. TL;dr - Just wait for another free <period of time> event for SOTA to try it out. |

They do have 2x RP/2x Cash game modes that alternate, but it's pretty easy getting into those since everyone wants that extra cash and XP. |
