Doesn't make much of a difference. Generally I'd say going slowly for longer will be better for you though, as you'll still have an elevated heart rate for a long period of time. That's what it's really about.

Let her go or marry her. You're gonna be miserable either way.

Heh. This post makes the most of any. Damn. You're right. Either way, the outcome is the same for a while. Except I'll eventually get over her if I let her go.

That's the issue. I WANT to hang out with her. Sometimes being with her is fantastic. Everything feels right. Then other times all we do is argue and it's miserable.
!!!!!!!!!

Listen from a brother that's been there. Don't hang out, just cut her off and tell her your relationship is toxic, run away.

I've tried. I've blocked her number. Deleted her on everything. I can only last a few hours before getting super upset and undoing it.

Luckily, I might be getting a new job in a different city 4 hours away. That'd make it easier to move on.

Yep. I wouldn't go as far to say it's toxic. But I fully recognize that she's not right for me. Yet I still want her.

you need to remind yourself you have other options

no woman is so good at sex as to make this sort of relationship seem like a good idea to a man who knows stability is an option

and you arent even having sex anymoren wtf

Eh. I really don't have any other options. But that's not really the issue. The issue is I still want her even though I know she's not right for me. It's frustrating. It's almost like an addiction.

wish i could tell ya but im in a similar situation. the relationship is toxic even as friends but it's so easy to fall into old patterns of sleeping over or watching movies, going out to drink etc.

Yep. I wouldn't go as far to say it's toxic. But I fully recognize that she's not right for me. Yet I still want her. We're both too scared to let go, knowing that it'll hurt a lot to lose each other. It sucks.

We argue constantly. And she's constantly moody. Everything offends her. Everything upsets her. It makes me just SO damn frustrated.

Had been dating this girl on again/off again for the past 2 years and 4 months. She's beyond frustrating most of the time. But I'm having a hard as hell time letting go. We haven't been officially dating since....November? But have still been spending nights together, hanging out a few times a week. Takes showers with me, but she hasn't wanted anything sexual the past month or two....

She's lied a lot. Been a total ***** most of the time. She's rude. Yet somehow I still want her. Badly. And I can't move on. And neither can she, really.

The only thing I can think of is literally moving away, so I have no other option but to move on.

Advice, virgins of CE?

I met this girl from Tinder, who ended up having a shaved head instead of the long red hair in her pics. We went to go see the musical Wicked, when halfway through the first act she disappears for about 30 minutes....so I kind of assume she bailed.

Then she show up right before intermission with a vodka tonic(we hadn't had any drinks all night). Apparently she had seen an ex on the way to the bathroom and got all emotional and upset.

It was awkward. I never saw her again after that night lol

Aw man, I quit my job in a state of panic between frustration with the management and preparing for an online course to get into computer graphics research. That was in January. I'm still jobless, broke, and my parents are incredibly frustrated with me. But the good news is my class started and it's coming along swimmingly.

What helped me not regret my rash life choices was this song here. Maybe it'll do something for you TC.

Oh, I don't regret quitting. It was an awful situation. I was getting cussed out and verbally harassed on a nearly basis by my boss. Got so bad that I started getting anxious going into work, and would have panic attacks in the mornings.

Luckily, I have a bit of money that I should be able to ration for a bit. I've been driving for Uber occasionally, trying to feel at least a little productive heh. I've started applying for new jobs, but it's pretty hard getting interviews when they find out I quit mid year like I did.

I'm not even sure I wanna stay in the same career path. I don't know what I want in life. Sucks.

If you have access to HBO, you NEED to watch this show. Stellar acting, writing, directing, and soundtrack. The first season was great(a bit slow, but still good), then season 2 kicked it up about 1000 fold. Season 2 was easily one of the best seasons of any television I've ever seen.

And with the premiere last night of season 3, looks like they're going hard as **** for this last and final season.

Seriously. Do yourself a favor and check it out. It's very worth the time.

its kinda funny with members of these boy bands; you tend to find out that individually they are very talented musicians/singers.

I never doubted that. If they make it big, they have to be technically talented. The music industry is so big that to stand out you HAVE to have talent.

It's just, the music they write wasn't my cup of tea at all.

It's been better lately. It really depends on who's hosting for me if I like it or not. But I like comedy and usually watch anyways, as I always have this secret fantasy to someday be a writer haha
