| scarletspeed7 03/07/17 4:00:10 PM #235 | Someone else said this earlier in the thread, but I decided to give the RAW after Fastlane a shot, and honestly they really blew it. I am just so phenomenally bored with the direction of the show. Nothing ever feels like it has stakes. Smackdown is truly a far better product, and I guarantee that if you switched half of the Smackdown crew to RAW, they too would feel like boring cogs in a never-ending mechanical system of pushes stopping and starting. Granted, the Ziggler storyline is terrible in every way, but everything else on Smackdown feels like it matters. So for now I'm dropping RAW. Granted, walking speed isn't actually that slow, but once you know you can move faster, it's almost a psychological torment to stop, move slower, wait for the recharge, then move quickly again. I had the same problem in Skyward Sword. I'm on my way to Kakariko Village right now. Graphics are pretty great. Fighting is easy. --- "Reading would be your friend." ~Dave Meltzer |
