Effectively it means you're not transgender. Of course people will use anything to insult people these days though the only people I see use cis as an insult are those who believe in a heterosexual agenda (keyboard warriors, SJWs, blah no one to be taken seriously). I washed it but yeah, I never bother taking the peels off of my fruit. I figure the fruit companies wouldn't keep it on there if it were toxic and it's easier than taking it off and finding a trash bin just for the peel.
