Hey guys, so as some of you know I've been running a Youtube channel with my friends for exactly one year as of today, and to celebrate we are doing a HUGE new re-branding, re-launch, and rebirth of how the channel and videos are viewed.



For today, we're just releasing this teaser. It's our new intro, which I worked on extensively over the past two months. I'm really happy with how it came out, and one my good friends who does VGM covers did the new theme song for us. I love it.

We're going to be adding character select screen before each episode to show who is in it, have their sprite faces appear during the episode as P1 and P2, P3, P4. And we're finally adding an end screen to ask for subscriptions and point to some of our other videos. It's all coming together.

Next week we'll be starting 3 new Quests. Kingdom Hearts HDFM, Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes, and Super Mario 3D World. Uncharted and Pokemon will continue to air each week as well. I'm also working on a "1 year of Tarvould's Quest" highlight reel of some of our best moments over the past year, for those who haven't kept up with all the videos (basically, everyone).

I figure Double Dash is trash compared to MK8 anyway, I've beaten and have no compulsion to ever play 4SA ever again, and the others have HD remakes that are infinitely better. And Strikers is super meh anyway.

Already watched it earlier today; it was great.

When he said he read that he had to "save someone else" and immediately got stars in his eyes, I had the exact same reaction at that very moment. I actually realized where the game was going though, whereas he thought he was saving... himself? Still not real sure what he thought was happening, tbqh.

On top of you forgetting to show him Temmie Village, you also forgot to see Burger Pants' story. Which I'm more upset over, because I feel like he would've enjoyed that even more. I assume you showed him Temmie Village afterward, but make sure you show him Burger Pants, too. Best Undertale character.

E: One last thing, I did want to correct you on something you told him post-game. You said that Asgore didn't want to get 6 souls in the human world then come back and free everyone because it would've started a war. I assumed the implication was that he'd just go over, ask to be able to absorb souls of humans that were already dying, then come back and rescue everyone 100% peacefully. The only reason he didn't was because he was a coward and afraid to ask. He was content just wallowing in a cave, unwanted by humanity forever, while he made a big show about wanting to set everyone free.

I think what he meant was saving EVEEEE, or Max himself the player (since he had been so Meta-****ed up until this point).

I don't even think I know about BurgerPants? And no I didn't show him Temmie village, but I did send him some Youtube videos where he could look it up.

I get your interpretation of Asgore, but to me I feel he was scared of the Humans. Because sure, a Monster with a Human soul is incredibly powerful, but the last time such a creature went through to the Human world Peacefully (Asriel with Chara's Soul), the humans immediately reacted and killed him. So I would assume that Asgore thinks the same will happen to him, so the only way to get the souls would be to fight them.

Hey guys, we finally got to the end of Undertale. REALLY happy how this final episode came out, the reaction from Max (my friend, who has never played the game before) to everything was exactly what I wanted. I know some of you were keeping up with this series, so here it is, the finale!



We're also coming up on our one year anniversary and I have a BIG overhaul planned. New intro, theme song, character select screen letting you know who is in the episode, new art, end screen, and of course new games. I'm super excited about it and really hoping it pushes us to higher levels of subscriptions. Stay tuned! And enjoy the finale of Undertale.

Yeah, you just don't know the game well enough. I thought the same things until I really got more into the game and was able to understand and play around its intricacies more.

I dunno, I've played hundreds of games. I have a pretty good feel for it - and that feel is that it's a fun casual moba with neat objectives that you can just jump in for some quick games and not take too seriously.


People DO take it seriously, cuz that's what people do... but I don't think this is the game for that. It's intentionally designed not to be that game.

Maybe I'll talk about it more in depth later.

Yeah I think you're wrong there. It's absolutely designed to be a competitive, teamwork driven game. The fact that some people think they can just jump into any team composition with any hero is one of the more frustrating aspects in fact, so stop spreading your LIES!

As someone who has played it since launch, yes it's a great game. Can it still be soured by bad teammates? Absolutely.

The game itself though, is mechanically perfect for a MOBA. The talent system is grea, the hero specific quests are so much fun, and the different maps lead to a really diverse Meta where different heroes shine on different maps.

Get into it. So good. Also right now theyre have a huge sweepstakes which is giving away a metric fuckton of prizes, just by getting a single win a day. So get into it now if you're on the fence.

Thing is, most of the time it's over 40 hours. Waking up earlier, getting ready, getting to work, and getting home can easily turn an 8 hour day into a 10-12 hour day.

I know, I'm currently living in that nightmare. 1.5 hour bus commute both ways in a single day. FML.

Hey guys, so for Canada's 150th birthday me and the guys decided to make a very special Mini Quest on my youtube channel, Tarvould's Quest. The premise is simple, we play NHL 12 and for every goal scored, the opposing team must take a shot of Crown Royal Maple Canadian whiskey.

This episode had a lot more work put into it than others, and I'm pretty proud of how it came out. It's long, but be sure to check it out! Things get more sloppy and hilarious as the episode progresses.



Just got back from Canada Day Celebrations in downtown Halifax, insanity. Had to leave before it became impossible to come home.

From Western Canada (Calgary), I can confirm

Maybe it's a Canadian thing, or maybe it's me being in a family and circle of friends where everyone drinks, but me, and pretty much everyone I know, will BYOB to basically everything - the possible exception is maybe small family dinner parties (but even then I'm usually bringing something). If I go to a friends dinner party I'm definitely bringing booze, and so will all the guests, but the host will generally have something on hand.... definitely not enough to support the party though. I'm 32 now, so if I'm hosting something I'll definitely have something on hand, generally lots, but in my teenage years and young adulthood, if you didn't bring enough you better hope your friends like you or hope you're near a liquor store, because you'd be SOL otherwise.

In Eastern Canada (Halifax) and yeah, agreed on all fronts. I mainly attribute it to the insane price of liquor we pay here. Also it's courteous to offer rids to the liquor store for anyone who still needs booze, and also because we can't sell Liquor in corner stores and gas stations like in America.

Yay! So glad you guys are enjoying them. I'm starting to create/plan out a new intro/end screen, and a new "character selection screen" before each episode to show who is in the episode, as well as have their sprites appear somewhere on the Thumbnail. Their heads will also appear on the outlines of the video with "P1" "P2." I think it will add some needed flair to the videos, what do you guys think?

This is just a very bare bones version, and will be spruced up with backgrounds and effects all over the place, but I'm liking the Smash Bros feel so far.

Also quick note, if any of you guys want your name in an episode/quest, we're still playing through our Pokemon Emerald Nuzlocke where with each new Pokemon caught we name them after a randomly drawn subscriber, so be sure to Sub and set your name to public.
