The rights protected in the bill of rights are protections from the federal govt. The 14th amendment also makes them apply to states. Because DC isnt a state and the issue was a DC law any decision would have been purely persuasive. The guy may be innocent, I have no clue and am not pretending to, but he isn't innocent at this moment. He was tried before a jury and found guilty. His case has been through multiple appeals and that verdict hasn't changed. The one thing that stands out as weird to me is that according to the one article it looks like he did get a stay to perform DNA testing at one point. Its odd that a court granted that type of stay but would ignore any new evidence resulting from DNA, unless its really not important. Carbs are a vital nutrient and when you deprive yourself of them you'll feel like shit and will be more likely to crash and eat junk food. Just make sure you are getting the right kind of carbs and not processed shit that has all of its quality stripped from it. You only feel like shit temporarily and then after a few days your body adjusts and you feel the normal or more energy. I have been on a keto thing for a while where I try to stay under 25g/day with one loading day a week where I go up to around 100. It sucked at first but you do get used to it and because good fats are OK there are a lot of choices with food and meals. The nails come in big coils like bullets that Rambo would have and they are connected by little welded barbs about an inch apart so they stay together. He had to pull the nail out which took pulling one of the barbs back through the hole the nail created. No health insurance so he didn't want to go to the hospital. He did it right there on site. Pounded a Gatorade, drove home and was back at work the next day. Taking Trump out of mix though people have been discussing NK nuclear proliferation for years and no one has done anything real to stop it. This problem was not caused by the current admin, its the cause of the entire world ignoring an obvious threat to world peace. It Is now a very real threat and it will be interesting to see how the consequences of failing to address it sooner play out. Well, then I bought a pair a few weeks ago when I was buying a suit for work. It was amazing and instantly made me realize how uncomfortable my normal underwear was. Since then I have bought 4 more pairs because they made all my other underwear feel terrible. I do laundry like 2 or 3 times a week because I don't want to wear anything else. Going to get like 5 more pairs and throw everything else out. Anyone else have them?
