Not to keep bringing up Dokkan Battle but even when it first came out in global, when SSR rates were at their lowest, it was still about a 5% chance for SSR compared to F/GO's 1%, and Dokkan also has no items in its gacha (though to be fair it has R characters which may as well be items to level up better characters).

The standard non event pull for SSRs in Dokkan was 3% for the year+ I played.

Bleach has the decency to actually LIST percentages.

It was a Republican plan being proposed by a Democratic President. Republicans complain about being shut out of the process but my recollection is of Obama working tirelessly to try and work with them and include them only for McConnells strategy to just be "no must kill Obama"
