Not long after I had the wisdom tooth removed the side that was against it broke off. That was over 3 years. It has never caused me pain or been infected so haven't bothered removing it. I probably should have gotten it filled and capped but just haven't gotten around to it. I'll probably do that in the coming months. Have one more wisdom tooth to remove and it's been a year and a half since my last cleaning so could definitely use a visit to the dentist. --- How can one person post so much stupid s***? |

At the highest levels of combat sports, sure. But the majority of fighters from amateur to the lower level pro leagues aren't cutting 25lbs to make weight. More like 8 to 10. Hell, look at Mighty Mouse. Best 125lb fighter to ever live but he still looks like a child. He'd kick my ass of course but that comes from the skill gap I mentioned earlier. Any WW, MW, LHW or HW that's a top 50 fighter would kill him because the skill gap is decreased making the size difference more noticeable. --- How can one person post so much stupid s***? |

Having a 4" height and 30lb size advantage on a pro Muay Thai fighter with well over 100 fights proved to be too much for him (while being my first fight). I'd have 6 inches and over 100lbs on you, as soon as you'd try to close the distance you'd be eating an uppercut that'll put you on your ass. Sure, smaller guys have and do beat much larger guys but that usually requires a massive skill gap. If the fighters are even remotely on similar levels the larger fighter almost always wins. Put Pacquiao in his prime against any top 20 180-200lb fighter and he'd get killed. --- How can one person post so much stupid s***? |

I literally live and train Muay Thai in Thailand. Have had 2 pro fights here including one where I broke my leg but still managed to win. Thai males on average are like 5'3" 120lbs. Most of my training partners are Thai unless we happen to have another foreigner training there (in the north it was 50/50 Thai/foreigner, in the south where I live now, I've seen one other foreigner ever train at my gyn and it was for about a week). --- How can one person post so much stupid s***? |

I sparred with a Thai guy about that size (he had a fight coming up and they wanted him to get harder). I felt like I was assaulting a child. He was fast but his punches and kicks didn't even hurt me and he was going full power (he's a damn good fighter as well, over 100 pro fights at 18 and 90% of those are wins). While he was better technically than me and faster, I'd buckle him over with a single body kick. Knocked him flat on his face with one leg kick that he even managed to check (I was only going at about 60% as well). When he would try to clinch, he'd get tossed around like I was throwing a toddler. --- How can one person post so much stupid s***? |

After Songkran (13-17th, it's the Thai new year which is basically a giant water fight throughout the entire country) he said we can take trees home with us to study on our own time, just not until then because of increased local patrols. In Canada we had some of the best trees in the world and I had solid connects so I got it really cheap. But in Thailand it's pretty shit. Comes in a compressed brick and looks like crap compared to western stuff. It is damn near impossible to find in my city for some reason, in the north, Bangkok or the islands I can find some in 5 minutes but in Hat Yai it can be months without. Plus it's pretty damn illegal here so you got to be smart about it, but nothing beats a good j while walking along a white sand beach at sunset. --- How can one person post so much stupid s***? |
