Personally, I like Metalmorph over Reinforcements. Worth less during opponents turn, but it can sometimes get through a Mirror Wall. Also, that 300 boost to defense as well can save your dino sometimes if it got switched to defense (not against other Rex decks, but most others can't take out 1800).

And if you have more Bracchio-Raidus then include them in your extra deck. When I run Rex I do a Uraby×3 and Embodiment of Apophis with Orders to Charge×2, and I still include 3 Bracchio-Raidus (with no Polymerization) in my deck. If my opponent uses a Fusion Gate, I plan to take advantage of it as much as I can (and it does happen).

I really wish someone would get a skill that starts with forest on the field. I love the Naturia monsters, especially the dragonfly.

Yeah, I normally play an hour (no more than 2) a day, but I took advantage of the Pegasus and 1000 bonus points duel rewards events. So I already reached stage 50 during the 1000 bonus point event. Haven't even used duel orbs yet, spend most of my time doing PVP.
That said, I wish they would add more stages soon, because gems are hard to get. I am down to 8 packs in the first box, and still no blue eyes ultimate dragon.

Interesting. I did not know that, and it also explains why the CPU sometimes plays Ryu in attack when I have two creatures that can deal enough to kill the CPU. I had always assumed it just glitches and thought they could buff it during my turn. That was just the first time I had see CPU ram it into a bigger creature and kill themselves.

Well, I'm confused. A Meteor Dragon CPU just suicided his Spirit ryu on my creature. I see plenty of people do things like that in PVP, but has anyone else had a CPU do that?
There were no combat tricks on my side, just a stronger attack position monster.
Guess I'm so good the game just gave up against me, lol.

If I recall correctly, it gets worse... They have to be normal summoned- no special summoning.
I just threw them all into a deck with plenty of draw power and fought level 10 weevil three times, took care ofneverything except the Blast (it probably helped that I had multiple copies of them all except Barrel Dragons so after the second duel, blue eyes, dark magician girl, the ultimate fisherman, and dark magician were all already done for me)

Wow, I forgot you could even get a draw but I just got one. They had no way to win but used a half shut on their own Relinquished.
Topic title really is appropriate when you are King of Games rank and still encounter that thing in 8/10 duels (or at least evidence of them, such as Sonic bird grabbing their spell)

I love Switcheroo. My second favorite skill in the game, and great for ritual/fusion decks.
Second chance at a card you want, or dump an unwanted second Thunder dragon or Bubonic vermin. The downside is sometimes you get the same card back. Twice.

Balance (Mako) is more reliable for a normal deck. Either pack 5 super powerful spells traps (or 6/7 if you want to go 24/28 card decks) or make it exactly half and have plenty of combat tricks and answers (especially useful for Mythical Beast Cerebus decks).

I'm not using Pegasus much yet, but Life boost.
Initially I thought mind scan would be great, but after playing against a few mind scans I realized that it just creates a standstill for a few turns while they don't attack because of one of my traps, and eventually I draw a riryoku or suicide a monster to activate Michizure. It can be useful with the right deck, but knowing that you are out of options doesn't help provide a solution.

1000 points allows more survivability, and it keeping a mirror wall up is a good stall. An extra turn of near invincibility seems better than raising my suspicions from 90% to 100% that your face down card is a Yomi ship or Michizure/Mirror Wall.

I pretty much assume the worst face down anyway, because that's often what it is. Going for defense position with pierce monsters or attacking directly are safe. If I want to go for an attack position monster I either swing with something that can withstand (or trade off)a mirror wall (plus reinforcements if they have 2 face down traps), or make sure I have another monster capable of protecting me if the attacker should die.

Mermaid would be nice, but I can provide substitutes for getting out my big Toon cards quick.
Toon world works without Toon mermaid, but not the other way around, so I will consider myself lucky that I can still make a Toon deck.
I have 3 of Bubonic vermin, Decayed commander, and Zombie Tiger as well as my 1 Embodiment of Apophis making 10 of my 20 cards fuel for the 5 Toons (blue eyes, ryu-ran, and 3 summoned skulls). The benefit is that destroying Toon world will only kill my big creatures and a mirror wall plus 2 riryoku can still function for a few turns while waiting to draw another Toon world. All I need is to get Pegasus leveled up (and have the Toon world skill drop) and buy 3 Toon summoned skulls from the card trader... which will take a while since I went on a spending spree and have about 4000 left in card trader currency.

Also, I didn't notice any difficulty on level 39s, but 45s are not fun.
9 substitute fusion monsters to get out 2 twin headed thunder dragons in a major card draw deck... I can beat one easy enough, but not two at the same time. And there are two worse decks than that.

Finally got my Toon Worlds.
Didn't get any until I was at 3.2 mil points, then 3 dropped in 4 duels.
Still no Toon Mermaids but I'm not sure if I would even use them in a Toon world deck.

Just lost to Pegasus twice because I tried to twister his toon world and he got judgment of anubis. Such bull.

I did that once with Mythical Beast Cerebus... -500 followed by -3600
Now I just run Armed Ninja (3) and Spell Purification (2) for Toon World.
Blast Held by a Tribute and Staunch Defender can save you sometimes when you can't remove Toon world.
