Yea, it's definitely one of those things that make you really consider getting out from under a car. Two years in a row (and apparently no recall on the part), makes me think I should start shopping for something newer (my radio already takes some messing with to work some days)

Yea, I had no clue either. I was just going to check the math on if I had cards divisible by 3... Having 23 means that yea, the first day must have said "2 cards for queuing", otherwise I would have done it a third time

As far as money spent... This year has been much less than previous sales - only spent $15 (all on amazon, and all on gifts for others :P). The story is nothing special, but the gameplay totally makes it worth it. Makes you feel like a real badass (especially with the later abilities).
The abundance of plants does make it slightly easy though (I swear, you can find 'em every 20 feet)

I wouldn't say it's that short. Think it took me around 15 hours for the main campaign + the side missions. Going full-stealth was a lot of fun (bunch of gadgets to help you along the way)

^ Part of the update Steam had a few months back. If the region of the person you are trying to send the gift to has a price difference of more than 10%, you can't gift to them. Best to try to get the game from somewhere else and send it to them (amazon, humble bundle, bundlestars, etc..)

Not through steam. They changed it a few months ago where you have to be friends with someone to gift (previously, if you had their email, you could just send it to them that way, and the game would just sit in your inventory until it was accepted/denied).

There are other ways to gift someone who isn't your friend though. Amazon does a really good job at price-matching the steam-sales, so you can get keys for the game there, and then PM them here without needing to be friends on Steam

Anyone gotten all the stickers for any of the backdrops? Mine are all spread out everywhere.

i'm one away from getting all the stickers for a couple of them. i'm not even sure what the point of the stickers and backdrops are though tbh lol.

Ive completed 2 of them so far. There doesnt seem to be much point to them as far as I can tell.

What happens when you complete one?

The one you complete unlocks permanently, you can place the stickers how you want and use any stickers you have unlocked on it.

You are supposed to be able to put the sticker page on your profile too, but it seems to be glitched - only some people are seeing it in their "edit showcase" section

edit: Wait, found out how to place it on your profile... click the button on the sticker page that says "feature on profile"... it's not supposed to show up in the showcase dropdown menu. Got one on my profile now

Picked up Fallout 3 GOTY Edition and Death Road to Canada for myself. Shockingly, the former runs like a charm no fix necessary. I guess PC gaming issues really are a crap shoot.

Fair warning, Youtube is getting a lot of DMCA notices for Death Road To Canada (among other games). Someone is fighting with the dev over content rights and has been sending out DMCAs to Youtubers to "punish" the dev. Not sure if you stream or upload, but figured I'd say something. Might wanna give Ghost 1.0 a try too. Not a traditional metroidvania (upgrades/weapons are random), but has been my favorite among the ones I've played this year (outside of Ori)

Has to do with how many votes you cast during the winter voting "event".

I just did the queue twice and got two cards and I definitely voted in most if not all of the categories for the winter event.

It was a glitch. Only people who did their queue in the first few hours got the bonus cards.

And now the queue isn't giving me any cards.

Same. Looks like those "bonus" cards were just simply early cards... I'd bet that for those of us who got 9-13 from the earlier glitch, our next 9-13 queues will result in 0 cards
