Yeah but I think chemical weapons are defined as weapons that react chemically with the victim, which excludes most weapons. Chemistry itself is more focused on the reaction side of things.

I kind of feel for Sean Spicer though. On the one hand, from what I've researched he does seem to genuinely support Trump's positions. But I bet his job would be easier if he was defending literally anyone else in Trump's position, even if they shared Trump's political stances. Trump just stumbles so much on dumb shit, Spicer has to deal with an avalanche of hard questions and can't just acknowledge that Trump blundered.

It's a stupid as shit point to make, but I do think it is at least a point. There is a distinction. As many people like to point out, the fact that the international community is so harsh on chemical weapons is largely an arbitrary distinction, so you need to be precise when dealing with it. Torturing and killing your own people is fine, but chemical weapons on the battlefield is not.

It sucks, but from a cynical perspective preventing the use of chemical weapons on the battlefield is a realistic goal, so it's worthwhile to try and prevent it. Bringing up Hitler is stupid though. Particularly as 20 years before Hitler you had both chemical weapons employed by both sides in the preceding war.

It's a record number of new skin models, with no recolours except the purples (even then Rein has unique hair). Total number of skins is lower though due to lack of recolours. Only a few highlights and emotes, but I think that's standard. Haven't seen victory poses.

I'm under the impression the event mode has a lot more work put into it than any of the previous ones, but I haven't played it so I can't be sure. But that's likely the highlight of the whole thing. Not sure what you wanted.

Even the United States executed criminals using gas chambers, it was standard practice for a long time.

That said, invoking Hitler in this situation doesn't mean a whole lot. Hitler did a lot of nice or at least not terrible things, but the terrible parts are the important parts.

I'm hoping if they do something for the anniversary it's going to be the permanent addition of new skins/emotes/shit rather than event specific stuff. I've seen some people already get kind of salty that we're getting lore/character related skins and stuff on a timer, rather than jokey gimmick non canon stuff.

I think most of what was spoiled has already been known for quite a while, so if you've been following news on the film I don't see much reason to ignore it.

Marvel movies have generally been pretty good with spoilers I think, I mean they feature a lot of last act stuff in the trailer but I find it's hard to work out the context. Homecoming being the obvious exception with that last ridiculous trailer.
