Accutane gives you crazy side effects plus and my acne isn't bad enough to risk them

My face improved when I started taking showers every night and using a face wash, though age probably had a hand as well.

I'm 21 and shower twice a day. :(

Like we spend our entire lives learning the recap of all the knowledge humans have ever learned in all of history.

But like it my computer science class now the professor's all like "oh your textbook is from 2010 so there's not much on deep learning." Like holy shit we're learning about techniques and results that were only developed like a few years ago. We've caught up, broadly speaking, or at least to the extent of having enough prerequisite knowledge to understand the things which are just being discovered.

It's like catching up to game of thrones on steroids

People do, valve clearly does not.

I think it's more that all their income reduces their incentive to hurry. If you have a lot of money you still might want to make your creative masterpiece, but there is no immediacy anymore.

Pretend your valve. What would you rather do. Take community created cosmetic skins. Stick them in a rng box. Only pay the content creators 15% of the rng box cost. And make hundreds of millions.

Or spend countless hours and money on something that will make less money and be ripped to shreds for every miniscule mistake because the gaming community is unpleasable.

Sure it's not anymore dead than it was two weeks ago, but it is one more piece of evidence for those in denial to accept.

I don't agree with this but this website is waaay too cynical to see my point of view. I'll try anyway though:

No, but if they're drastically changing the scope of the game they'll certainly have to rework the plot.

Breaking Bad maybes

It's just so transparent how people are getting emotional and that's overpowering their reason. They just want to vent but it just results in spouting bullshit. Not that it's unreasonable to be emotional or upset after hearing the news, but still, Half-Life isn't any more or less dead than it has been.

We already know the main writer for the series left, we already knew their were plans for an Episode 3 that likely got cancelled. There is no new information here, whether there is a Half-Life 3 is still just as up in the air and somebody who used to run the series posting the original plot mock up, and who doesn't even work at the company anymore, has no bearing on the current state of Valve.
