Also a fast charge 70% soc is 60 minutes not 15 and again this is very special batteries that most people do not have.

Remember fast charges also reduce cycle life

True I had an energizer quick charge charger that did 15 minutes. a year later the charger deemed those batteries as bad and refused to charge them

How? Enzymes convert starch into sugar at a certain temperature range just like methanol and ethanol evaporate and condense at certain temperatures. Moonshine is more complicated because if you get your temperature wrong youll poison your batch. If you get the wrong temperature on wort you will just have lower alcohol content beer.
