It does if right after, you post the requested information. Or links to it that you got from Google.

To not collect taxes at all, you would need to collect a fee at the service point. Every maintained road that you take would have a toll. For your stadium, figure out/estimate how much it costs to build and keep, how long it will last, and how much it will be used by how many people. Divide that, and add it to the cost of tickets. Things like that. Everything will be more expensive, but you don't pay for it in taxes form.

On a similar line: What gives more of an impression of culpability? Being emotionally distressed, or being calm and composed? If you are too emotional, the prosecutor will say that "you are too upset. Is it because you fear we're getting to the truth?" If you are too calm and composed the prosecutor will say that "you are acting too cold and calculating. Like a carefully practiced play."

Animals normally don't care about the sun (except for those that use it for navigation). If my pets don't look at the sun any other day, they won't care to look at it during an eclipse. They don't know that anything interesting is happening up there. Oh, it gets dark? It gets dark every day, and a little bit every cloudy day. Do animals look up every time a cloud blocks the light?

What's the difference between that and looking at the sun on a normal day?

I think the main issue is that the eclipse makes it dark outside so your pupils will be large. Looking at the sun will cause your eyes to absorb more light but you won't really realize that you are absorbing it because it's dark out.

This. Looking at the sun is dangerous any day, if you do it for too long. But people don't normally look at the sun, because it's too bright, and it's there every day. During eclipses, there is something special to look at, and it's less bright, so you expose your eyes for longer. There is no special additional radiation falling down that day.
And this:
TheDarkCircle posted...
I'm not gonna explain the science behind it correctly but since the sun is so bright, we've developed reflexes to protect our eyes when we stare at it. Its why you squint and all that when you try to look right at it.

With the eclipse, the brightness is greatly diminished because of the eclipse. It's easier to stare directly at it. However, it's still emitting electromagnetic radiation, which is what damages your eyes.
