yes it is really a spoiler, because you aren't supposed to typically encounter the scenario where you learn that spoiler until ~6-8 hours in. given the mental illness angle (read as: the entire point of the whole game), it's a massive spoiler.

yeah we spent several hours in the hot tub and there were no clothes for like 40% of the trip

all in all just incredibly relaxing and stress relieving. it's my first vacation in years and god i can't wait to go back there

I dunno. Reinhardt required prediction (or luck) and left him super vulnerable most of the time. With Roadhog it was like "Turned corner- oh there was a Roadhog waiting. Well, now that I'm back at spawn I can switch off healer forever".

roadhog is super vulnerable all the time because he's one of the easiest heroes to hit, and you can hear him a mile away so if he catches you around a corner you've made a mistake. now he's so weak that he can hook the lowest health character, shoot them, not kill them, and die in the process. that's a problem

if i had to guess, i'd think doomfist gets a slight nerf to the range of his charge, or an increased charge-up time but yeah, i really hope they roll back the roadhog changes. right now, he has no use in the meta. he can't even take shields down at this point given his reload speed.

it makes no sense, roadhog's small clip and long reload time, plus the hook nerf, made him incredibly well-balanced. they claimed they wanted to eliminate "one shots" but that's the whole point of the hook and he has a lot of negatives that balance that out. there are still some serious one-shots, like, as you mentioned, hanzo. and he can do that about as often as roadhog hooks, and hell, his requires less aiming.

yeah, roadhog was my main and i was very good with him. can't even kill tracer/genji after hooking them. now i hook a soldier and then he just runs away laughing at me. roadhog is easily among the worst characters, if not the worst, at this point

i was fine with the hook nerf. what came after is too much.

although splatoon 2 you can play without the motion controls I wouldn't recommend it if you want to actually be good at the game

i super disagree with this, the max sensitivity you can have in splatoon 2 isn't any higher with motion controls, the stick is just as good. it's not like a mouse vs. controller situation or anything close to it. this was the case for the first game, but not the second one. they greatly improved the non-motion controls for splatoon 2

Horizon is on sale for $30 on Amazon today. I'm considering it, but I think it'll probably get cheaper in a couple months and I'm dangerously close to resubscribing to FFXIV right now.
