CDMs count as mifielders, just like wingers and CAMs. my point was just that a CDM is going to play back and therefore rarely contribute assists and goals.

When you choose your lineup for the week is where you can alter your formation. the only rule really is that you need 3 defenders at a minimum.

Why do you have Kante and bakayoka. They're CDMs, they will rarely earn you points in FPL. They'll earn you 2-3 points per game most likely

When I was jogging regularly, that's what I pretty much did. A good 40 minute show while jogging on the treadmill. Use Bluetooth headphones if you can, it'll be easier.

I usually end up not really looking at the screen the whole time and just kinda listening and glancing down every once in a while.

All treadmills are different I guess, but I never had any concerns about the tablet or my phone falling off while running, even when doing sprints on the treadmill

I don't think people who are into a vegetarian diet look at cutting those food groups out as a negative thing though. Especially if they aren't doing it for a specific health reason.
