However, it does lower your dating market value a lot if you don't do anything to compensate the lack of those options. Gay men have a penchant for being more sexually experimenting since there's less things considered taboo + testosterone. That means they tend to have experience with more options than other demographics. Oral and anal are just two of the basics, so they're commonly expected. Oral being one of the most time convenient and still satisfying options for partners.

You're not at a complete loss if you refuse to offer those, but you're going to have a more challenging time keeping a steady boyfriend if hand jobs are all you're willing to do. Yeah, but it was only because I liked other things about the guys. They were either fun to be around, or had awesome friends, or was like dating Richie Rich. Kind of why some women keep around a guy who lacks an A-game in bed. I mean I say this as a guy: the relationship doesn't always have to hinge on the sex component. That does not mean it's okay to completely overlook the sex...that's just stupid when dating men. But I'm not going to leave a guy who's otherwise great to be around just because he's sexual klutz. I at least stick around long enough to see if there's anything we can do to improve his performance first.

And I'm not talking average or less-than perfect sex. I mean BAD sex, like I have to be thinking of something else besides the person I'm with in order to do it.

You might ask why stick around with someone like that. Sometimes it was for the perks above. Tank. My usual routine is gearing up until I'm practically unkillable and then run around babysitting newbies in dungeons.

Outside of the survivability, tank is often one of the most boring jobs to play both in game play and aesthetics. I get off helping less fortunate players who can't afford to god gear themselves, but still want to have fun.

I tend to avoid online games where the tank is too stupidly expensive to main due to microtransactions. If I can get most of the prime gear from drops, then I'm interested enough to blow $$$ funding the rest of pay2win gears.
