Yeah the current movement system combined with the map sizes make the games just pure garbage. The maps would be okay without the movement, the movement would be okay with bigger maps, but they combine to be total shit.

Bad optimization and wonky-ass controls. I think it emulated the joystick or something so the weapon wheel was just awkward as hell to use. I read that the game speed was tied to 3.2 GHz where any less would have the game run slower and faster would speed things up, and when applying a fix, the best way to get an accurate 100% speed was drive a car down a certain stretch and time how long it took to get from one end to the other and adjust it accordingly.

This was a long time ago when the game was fairly new on PC, though. No idea if there have been more recent fixes but I just stopped paying attention.

I really enjoyed BO3 and IW because they made the game faster-paced and eliminated a lot of the issues with camping.

All you have to do to eliminate camping is play Kill Confirmed. Preferably Hardcore Kill Confirmed.

If this game doesn't have HCKC (like AW and IW), I'm not buying it.

Yeah I mean I'd prefer Vietnam but as long as there's no jetpacks and wallrunning I don't care that much when it's set.

Also, larger maps please god. They don't have to be big, just have a good mix like MW2.

Pre-modern settings just don't work with the attachment unlock thing that CoD thrives on. And the skins. Imagine a WWII game with blue tiger and neon rainbow weapons.
