The teens said they were outraged to find that out that neither of their quotes were included when the book arrived and instead just left with a blank space under their names as neither was told beforehand this was happening Joey said that the decision made them feel like the school was "ashamed of having a gay student. Kearney School District showed me that i am not accepted for being who i am. I put a very innocent quote as my seior quote and they took it away from me with absolutely no warning or option to change it" The School said that they removed over concerns it will offend other students and said "In an effort to protect our students, quotes that could potentially offend another student or groups of students are not published. it is the school's practice to err on the side of caution. Doing so in this case had the unintentional consequence of offending the very students the practice was designed to protect. We sincerely apologize to those students" But Thomas said that the school allowed other "potentially offensive" quotes, such as one student wrote "If i could vote, i would've voted for Trump because i can't stand having a WOMAN as president" They now plan to make stickers with their quotes to put in their friend's yearbooks and said the school was in "direct discrimination" that had ruined his last year of high school that left him disheartened and angry. I have taught all of my children that all men and women are created equal, that we must all love each other all the same. Infants that deal with these" It was there that he saw Volt bleeding from a gunshot wound.. Volt likely escaped through a fence installed more than 2 years ago He said that Goats are escape artists and him being a farmer, he sees this as partly his fault because he didn't keep a closer eye on his perimeter. This goat is native to New Zealand and normally costs $1200 Sgt David Thompson said "I think if it'd been an issue where they could've just left him alone and waited for the farmer, they would've done that but they felt like they couldn't let the animals get any farther into the neighborhood" Cops claimed they herded the goat into the field but a cop was so intimidated by the goat's size and HORNS, he fired on the goat.. Police said the goats were intentionally killed as NECN said the pet goats had their necks snapped and their heads twisted as police were in shock and awe of what they saw.. Lou Correa's district office in California last month with other finalists at an annual student art competition Active group We the People Rising, who protests undocumented immigrants, has demanded he tear down the painting stating it is UNPATRIOTIC They said it's "disrespectful" and violates the separation of church and state Lou has refused to take it down stating the young woman who painted it earned their spot on his wall and said "The statue of liberty stands for inclusion, acceptance and freedom. The young woman who painted this is trying very hard to show people that she is an American. | Full Throttle 08/08/17 9:59:34 PM #1 | 28 y/o James Damore was fired by Google for violation of the company's code of conduct after the memo became viral James said that Google was censoring conservative members of staff and now he may be seeking legal options for his firing as lawyers said he has a case under the First Amendment rights His younger brother Josh, 23, defended him and said people are selectively quoting from the text and are manipulating it what he wrote Josh said "I've spoken to my brother and he's doing well. It's been a flurry the last couple of days." James was the best man at Josh's wedding in Wisconsin last month before writing the damning memo He studied at Illinois Mathmematics and Science Academy and graduated with molecular and cellular biology and was a postgraduate at MIT whose worked at Google for 4 years. Google CEO Sundar Pichai said that portions of his memo violate the code of conduct and crossed the line by advancing harmful gender stereotypes in the workplace as he had to cut his vacation short to handle the aftermath of his essay on gender. He said that employees have a right to express themselves but to suggest a group of their colleagues having traits that make them less biologically suited for the work is offensive. It's not clear how he can fight it as non-union or "at will" employees can be fired in the US for a variety of reasons that having nothing to do with performance. The 3300 diatribe has divided opinion as people said his memo seems to state that women can't get ahead because they are "inferior" to their male counterparts as Danielle Brown, the head of diversity for Google said the memo incorrects assumptions about gender and did not reflect their viewpoint. People suggest the memo was sexist and male driven in Silicon Valley as conservatives said the company is too left-leaning and he is the VOICE of Conservatives who are too scared to speak out the "truth" about women. But James memo seemed to state that Google is blind to the inevitable between men and women and that staff is trained ot think lack of diversity is down to discrimination but says there's other factors to consider. He says that women have a 'stronger interest" in people rather than "things" and why women should do jobs in social or artistic areas while men are the ones who enjoy coding. He also said that women are NEUROTIC and thats' why they can't handle high stress jobs He also said that google's less bias created a politically correct culture while dissenting conservative voices like himself as they are the "minority" in the company and have to stay quiet to avoid hostility But the outrage has come much from his own colleagues who were not on his side as they said he deserved to be fired for that memo..
