I'm pretty much never ever ever going to use my Hylian Shield unless I found out treasures respawn or something, which they totally *should*

my understanding was there was a guy somewhere in the game who would let you buy any piece of equipment you've already found including things like the Hylian Shield

with the way I explore every square inch rupees haven't been a problem anyway since there's dozens of chests everywhere with 50 or 100 hiding in them. Especially at the bottom of the rivers

Same here I've probably put 15 hours into this game now exploring only the plateau, central hyrule and the area Kakariko Village is in and I only just arrived at kakariko village. Spent most of today just doing hyrule castle runs for fun trying to get good equipment (and finding a certain piece of equipment)

I went through half of the tundra part using Spicy Pepper recipes. I got halfway through, climbed to the top of the mountain, and the old guy was up there. He made fun of me for getting this far without any warm clothes on and pity-gave me a coat.

Chapter 6 now.

This game is so addictive....
I mean, I hate the camera and always struggle with it but... I don't know why I can't stop playing.

Also, when is the story patch coming out? I think I'm going to stop playing until the chapter that is affected, then continue again after the patch

just finish it then do NG+ later because that patch is still like half a year away if not more
