During this sequence you are given button prompts to do something more stylish or to use a shortcut because you're chasing a helicopter. Stuff like this wouldn't happen when you're just swinging around the city. I do think it's kinda suspect that they did show one big cutscene with QTEs like that. Hell, I think it's suspect that they're in the game to that degree. The combat may or may not be better but I think people are going to be disappointed that they won't have the freedom with the web that they were probably expecting. On the contrary, I think the devs are going to allow you a bit more freedom in how you can attack enemies, unlike in Batman: Arkham. Plus there was an actual boss fight in the E3 demo. Honestly from what I can tell, the combat looks like there's a bit more to it than the Arkham series, and you have more options at your disposal, like a launcher where you can go into any attack you want from there.
