People get older and stop putting effort into things and fall into habits so it's natural to not want to make the effort to play games as you age. In order to avoid that you can eat the same amount but cut out high calorie foods. The easiest things to cut are sweets, sodas, alcohol and fried food. Another thing you can do to avoid eating less (or less of what you like) is increase your energy expenditure by doing exercise. --- |
