Probably the 30 hours a week.

I could really use 60k because I've got a baby due in a few months...

But if I'm working 60 hours a week I'm not even going to have much time at home, and even now, babyless and working 40-45 hours a week its tough to get stuff done that needs done as well as find time to do fun stuff.

(and 30k isn't really bad, especially for the hours put in)

Obviously a huge part of it is the hatred for Hillary.

But also he somehow was able to break the union grip on blue collar workers in Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. That's a bloc that usually votes democrat because their union tells them to, but they get all giddy when you start talking about TAKING AMERICA BACK from Mexicans and stuff like that. Call republicans racist all you want, but the biggest racists I've ever known were the union democrats... until they saw Trump and didn't care what party he represented, he was a big racist so they couldn't resist.

Still pointless in a world where Raspberry Pi exists.

So tired of everytime anyone talks about the NES classic and SNES classic someone ALWAYS has to bring up Rapsberry Pi.

Ok, great. If that's what you want, go for it. Most people don't and want an official released item.

Most people don't know about Raspberry Pi, and are not technical enough to set one up. That's the only reason people drool over the NES and SNES classics.

Nah, I have an NES Classic and intend to get an SNES Classic... and I have a raspberry pi all set up, and an Ouya, and all sorts of silly things cluttering up the entertainment center.

Heat rises, and the towers 110 story design caused the top several floors to literally became a blast furnace that was hotter than fire could be expected to get. There were fires throughout the entire towers. The elevator shafts were blown-out and filled with flaming jet fuel throughout all 110 stories of both buildings. The upper floors began collapsing, adding weight exponentionally to the lower floors supporting them.

IIRC, the tower that was hit second came down first. How did that happen?

Just watch the footage. The first strike was at more of an angle to the side at the top, the second was a direct hit dead center, that's going to do a lot more structural damage.

I was at Cedar Point. :(

Nah, not really. I was at home. Gonna start my first year of college in a couple weeks (ugh, I'm old...). I didn't work until the late afternoon so was sleeping in, and my dad woke me up before he went to bed (he worked third shift) and said a plane had hit the WTC. I just thought basically, "Well, okay...? Foggy out or something?" Didn't think much of it, figured it just hit it and the building was fine, but got up and watched the coverage on the news. As you may recall at first all the reports were it was a small prop plane, so yeah, figured it was either an unfortunate weird accident, or maybe a suicidal pilot, but just a little prop plane so wasn't going to seriously damage the structure and hopefully small number of casualties inside.

And then the second plane hit.

I think shock more than anything. I mean I was sad in theory for the people who were hurt or killed or lost loved ones, and angry at those who did it, but I didn't know anyone personally affected so it was really just shock for quite a while.

I dunno man that's a rough situation.

My mother-in-law lived with us for about a month. I like her and get along with her, but at the same time, no one wants their mother or mother-in-law living with them when they're living with their significant other. My wife hated it more than I did, I think.

LONG TERM I really think it's a bad idea, because you and your girlfriend need your space to grow your relationship and even the coolest mom ever is going to hinder that, especially in what I assume isn't going to be a huge apartment. Maybe if all this is coming up really soon, you can allow your mom to move with you for a month or so but make it isn't permanent.

Of course not sure of your or her situation, but in our case we found a decent apartment complex that accepted subsidized rent or whatever, so she could afford it. She literally had no income, but a little paperwork later she could stay their super cheap, and after she got a job she had to refile and pay more but it was still based on her income so reasonable.

I dunno, it's not that I really look down on anyone for doing whatever, but I do think its a little weird when someone past typical college age or so is still living with their parents, assuming both they and their parents are in good health and its not an issue of someone needing a caretaker. Could be regional, like mach25687, crazy expensive cost of living, where you are probably in some ways doing your parents a favor just financially by pitching in. Here you can easily get a perfectly decent place in a good area with utilities for definitely under $500, probably around $400 if you shop around and are lucky. If you're willing to live in a moderately sketchy neighborhood it goes down even more.

I may have some bias because it was always just understood growing up that once I was done with college I was out of the house, lol. I did end up back for a few months when my roommate got married and my wedding was coming up fairly quickly, but had to pay "rent."

Yeah I think a part of it is lately AVGN stuff has been more laid back and other than maybe a stupid bit here or there where he destroys a game they play out more like a normal review with some extra swearing and hyperbole. The Critic does stuff like that once in a while as well and its usually his better stuff, but seems more likely to do the big skits with a bunch of "actors" and such. Which rarely comes off well.

I have lots of fond memories of my grandparents when they were probably in their mid-50's and still really active and stuff, my parents are already way past that, lol.

Fortunately I have a young wife, so less chance of birth defects, but the male's age can cause problems as well apparently.
