They should have just shot the hole to death before it could hurt the boy.

Souls series had a bunch of them.

Demon's Souls definitely had the most "gimmicky" bosses. Old Monk (summons another player), Fool's Idol (had to kill hidden NPC), Storm King (had to use Storm Ruler), and more.

Dark Souls III tried to recreate some of those ideas, but they just came off as frustrating homages rather than fun or entertaining fights (especially the Old Monk copycat).

What is the Gabapentin for? And how does it make you feel?

I was prescribed it for social anxiety and depression. I tried something else before it recently (Effexor, I think) and it made my jaw tense up constantly and made it very hard to sleep. My doctor switched me to this and it's just made me feel... normal, I guess. Doesn't make me feel "great," but I do feel better than before it.

The methylphenidate (Ritalin) might have something to do with balancing out any drowsiness.

I guess it was 2016. It's the year I pretty much gave up on my dreams.

It started off with the death of my idol (Lemmy), so my motivation to keep making music tanked and never really came back. I was at my peak in the months before that, doing rough home recordings of my first few songs. It also seemed like nobody gave a shit and I couldn't find bandmates or figure out how to take the "next step."

I was also pretty far behind on bills, so I tried moving my best friend out to live with me, but he couldn't get a job and we both ended up having to move back home from WA to the east coast. I stopped caring about the job I used to love and quit that too. I even got tired of drinking and smoking all the time, so I pretty much quit those.

Then there was the non-stop political shit show that still hasn't really ended.

I really liked Sun & Moon, but I don't know what else they can really do with Alola to make it interesting.

The low Pokemon count wasn't an issue for me because it made filling out the Pokedex a lot easier. I also loved that each island had its own Pokedex and that they generally went by order of appearance so you could tell if you missed something.

I disliked 2 so much that I never even played 3. The story had so much potential with 1, but I really hated the direction it took.

I absolutely loved 1, too. I was hyped for it before release because of how much I loved Jade Empire and the KotOR games. I even replayed it like 10 times so that I could get all the achievements. Such a shame.

If I could read well, that's one thing. I can write and type pages forever and not care, but reading just pisses me off unless I am interested in the topic.

That's what made law school so hard for me. I used SparkNotes to write papers from middle school all the way through undergrad instead of reading the books and always got really good grades. Didn't really work in law because teachers would constantly grill us in class over small details of each case.

Exploration in that game is driving around an empty and barren area that is copy and pasted like 26 times. The story of most of the side quests are cool, but the act of engaging in those quests is bad.

The extra planets were boring and pretty annoying, but their method of "fixing" it in ME2 was to just remove planet exploration all together and have you scan them instead. Wouldn't call it an improvement.

Why'd you drop out of law school?

The main reason was that I hated the work. It wasn't anything like I expected. We had to read case law and write non-stop, but almost never had debates or mock trials.

The other was that it would have cost me $80,000 more to finish the last two years. I would have been stuck doing work I hated to pay it off and would have had to deal with too much competition.
