Defense in pokemon sucks. What's the point of having high defense if your special defense is shitty? You'll still get killed. There should only be one defense stat imo.

It's a special thing you do that creates a paper trail proving a given party got the letter.

I don't remember the particulars well, I did a fair few working in a law office.

The post office itself would know for sure, so it in person.

Is he parking in an actual parking spot, or is he parked illegally? Sounds like your condo (is it a condo?) complex has designated parking spots, is he in a designated spot in front of your garage? Seems weird they would design the parking lot w/ parking spaces that block a garage exit? The diagram helps but I am still a bit confused.

Im sure your HOA has monthly meetings, go to the next one (it could be on zoom also) and explain your story during the home owner forum, see what the HOA board members say about it.

Accessibility is a pretty solid legal footing as well.
