Single bedrooms in Southern Ontario right now are going for $2000 plus utilities, my current rent is $600 all inclusive (hydro, heat, water, internet, tv) and the Landlord Tenant Board has an eight month backlog just to receive a file number to eventually get a hearing date. Housing in Ontario is a nightmare, 100K homes selling for well north of 1M+ and apartments last built in the 70's are horribly outdated, with many developers opting for building "luxury condos" (where luxury means it's wired for the electric and has indoor plumbing, with a nice coat of paint, and connecting either to the outside world is an extra luxury you will have to pay on top of everything else) Social housing has a minimum 10 year wait period in most municipalities. --- Why didn't you DODGE‽‽‽ Quoting me will trigger the profanity filter, Not Joking. | KodyKeir 07/24/22 9:23:50 PM #14 | So there is a point in the series were full frontal nudity becomes okay, but keep in mind they live in a tower that is clearly modelled after someone's penis; at one point the character Clitaris opens a wall diagram of the female vagina in an attempt to inform the sassy antagonist Bazarack who refuses to learn about how to make the sex, despite having displayed having done so in the past and also ruling over the aliens as supreme overlord for the past forty years. It is crass and stupid and though marketed at adults, kids are going to watch it; I think the underlying stories may get lost in the blue humour, but I am compelled to finish the season. I think the creators are stuck between their creativity and their contracts; they want to tell stories, but have sold the studios "comedies" hoping that they can pad out the fart jokes long enough to maybe tell them. It's an obvious farce in the reminiscence of the Skeletor redubb days of youtube.
