Having these kids meet with psychologists trained in this field is not an unreasonable ask. It's a huge decision and a life long path they would be considering going down, having a professional evaluation and someone educated to talk to about this decision and their mentality in general can only be a positive thing.

What's the absolute worse thing in music? To me it's those songs that have a beautiful female voice singing then suddenly some random dude starts rapping in the middle of it but not even really rapping he's basically just talking. Completely destroys the song for me.

For me it was Big Boo's Haunt. I dunno why I just liked it a lot. The Bowser levels were good too but unsure if they count.

I dunno. I'd assume their culture has a lot to do with it but that might be pretty ignorant. Like I've seen a few Asians talk about how their upbringing is very strict and goal oriented, like it's hammered into them at an early age they need to be successful in life.

I'm probably wrong but it's just from my own meager experiences.

Last one I played was the Goldeneye remake on Wii and it was pretty good. I thought it was cool how they used Daniel Craig.

I was careful not to say it all looked good, some of it was jank. It's just far more noticeable nowadays when it's low quality though I'm not sure why. I think it's lighting, it's pretty clear they at least tried to hide the janky CGI with lighting tricks in the past a lot more than they do now.

There's a lot of issues within the broader LGBT+ bubble that a lot of people don't really see or even know about. Issues of racism, sexism, bigotry, all sorts of stuff that needs to be sorted out and I'm not really sure how it can be.

Tribal mentality is a perfect descriptor because it really feels like a loose association of various "tribes" that appear to be united in common cause but beneath the surface are pretty fractured.

It would be a difficult decision for China, they are just as intertwined with the West as the West is with them. I'm not sure they'd risk all that for the sake of Putin's little war escalating. China is very practical and calculating in their decision making.

It does bring up a broader issue in that a lot of CGI in these movies looks way worse than similar stuff years ago. The Spider Man movies are prime examples of that. For the most part it looked crisp and detailed in Raimi's movies but later ones it looks super low effort and kinda trash.

You know what? I'm happy it's Natalie Portman. I dunno if it was by her choice or not but she got royally screwed out of all the Thor movies and MCU stuff. She deserves a chance to be the star at least once.

I'm not sure how they get away with just refusing to pay their employees a proper wage and being done with it. Do they abuse the "independent contractor" nonsense like some other businesses do?
