Just look at REmake 2 and how it turned out. A perfect improvement and arguably a better game overall than the og

OG RE2 was better
OG has 4 different campaigns
claire A, leon A, claire B and leon B

there are a lot of differences between all 4 scenarios so its is 4 different campaigns
for example in claire B sherry never gets infected with the G virus so claire doesnt have to make a cure for her

so the differences between campaigns is not minor even if many story beats are similar like claire will always meet chief irons and leon will always meet the reporter guy

anyway the A stories are designed to go along with the B stories
they fit together like a perfect puzzle piece
while some aspects of the B stories are in REmake2 overall they just adapted the A stories
so you beat claire A and then you beat leon A in the remake just with the beginning skipped over.
thats all

the A stories dont work together so you end up with some weird plot holes such as sherrys mom dying. claire going down into a lab and fighting sherrys dad and then escaping with sherry then having leon come along. having sherrys mom die again cause she is suddenly alive and injured then having leon go down to the lab thats been perfectly restored to fight sherrys dad even though claire already kicked his ass.

this is the biggest flaw in REmake2 and the one thing that holds it back for me
had they just adapted claire A and leon B it would have been perfect

imagine if the gameplay takes on a revelations 2 design like with claire and moira
leon is the badass monster fighter and you can switch control to ashley for exploration and finding hidden items

would be pretty neat

i know when i was a teenager in the 2000s when LGBT issues came up it was things like my teacher telling the class that gay marriage shouldnt be legalized because its against god and he doesnt believe in it. and my friends nodding their heads in agreement.

so shameless cash grabs may be shameless cash grabs but with so many companies doing it im sure it makes LGBT youth feel like the world may accept them even if no one in their lives makes them feel that way
