That was a follow-up, if you were doing a medically assisted detox or not.

I've seen some that do it, others need you to do it elsewhere because they can't give medication.

It happens a fair bit to people in the trans community, a hyperfocus from outsiders on transitioning, specifically in surgical interventions.
