Not all of them no, but if their child needed a life saving treatment and they refused it for religous reasons then absolutely. Preemptively taking the kids before a medical crisis isnt something I would support though.

So if I'm reading this right, tc DOESN'T think children should be taken from their Jehovah's Witnesses families if the families turn down life saving procedures?

We can probably say that about most issues. But parents, doctors, and legislators dont have the luxury to say, I dont care, Its none of my business. As a parent of a young child, its an issue I have to at least consider.

The medical decisions you make for your kid have nothing to do with the decisions of other families.

Suicide rates for transpeople are very high and having to experience puberty as a gender you don't identify is very traumatic.

The whole point is puberty changes your body in ways that can't be easily undone, the blockers during puberty are to stop those changes. Also the average age for puberty is 11/12 so that's more like 6-7 years delayed.

This is ground breaking. Hopefully this technology carries over to the NFT space so that we can have physical copies of our purchase. It's odd that I can't say what should be done with 0 legal background and 0 knowledge of the case? Are you under the impression that all defamation cases are handled the same? I'm not here to say she was actually the victim, I didn't watch it and I trust the court to handle the outcome. I'm just saying this weird tribalism people are showing feels like it's November in an election year and that's because it was so heavily televised/covered by the media and internet personalities.
