Point being I think there should be mandatory safety classes for owning. It wont prevent all irresponsible gun owners from being irresponsible but like earning your drivers license it at least shows they have (at the time) proven they can safely have a firearm.

Its got good kills. A lot of hood callbacks to the original, dark comedy, political commentary albeit less subtle than 1974 but overall its a solid slasher movie

My biggest gripes were not mentioning the rest of the Sawyer family, or explaining how Leatherface ended up at the orphanage, and the biggest one was the moments where they make him Jason Lives tier strong lol

Other moments seem to get the character and how hes special and not well, but then it turns him into a malicious vengeance seeking Jason with a chainsaw which is not really inline with the original character
