There is a reason these things have to be logged. Sure he could have just grabbed bacon from anywhere and done that, but he cant do that for every customer. Things cost more with certain items. I would. He did everything he could to accommodate the customer, tried to make he request, but wouldnt break rules to do so. When he couldnt do so he politely told her no. She then made a scene around the entire restaurant, clogged up the drive thru, then got in his face and tried putting her hands through the window.
