The last movie sold hotcakes and its got a whole new manga thats getting tons of attention. But Super barely got any budget in total when it was the same company who gave better time and effort towards other anime.

Whether you like it or hate it, its one of the biggest anime franchises from Japan. And I've literally seen 0 advertisement for it. It's actually insane. Do these companies not know how to milk their cash cows properly?

Thats a point I've not heard before. I'm thinking of reading through the whole of Dragonball soon so maybe that'll refresh my memory.

It would have stayed that way until more emotional Saiyans unlocked their higher stages of power. It's the whole reason why they relied on Zenkai boosts. Most Saiyans had no emotional connection with each other, which kind of restricted their ability to unlock forms such as Super Saiyan.

Kind of explains why half-saiyans gained power at such an extreme rate. Because their human side had the potential to tap into their emotions while being Saiyans.

They aren't necessarily sequels. There really is more than 3/4 stages as well with differing branches. Super Saiyan 2 is really just Super Saiyan 1, but a more complete ascended form (I think it was actually just called Ascended Saiyan, outlining the ascension to a complete stage). Super saiyan had differing forms of power, with ultra super saiyan an incomplete and broken branch of power.

Goku only started to number them in the Buu saga (Correct me if I'm wrong) with Super Saiyan 3. But even that stage is incomplete and inferior in terms of stability. It was said that what Gohan achieved in the Cell saga was the perfect and most stable stage of Super Saiyan. Super Saiyan 3 is too taxing and useless in the long run.

LMAO its always funny seeing dragon ball fans complaining as it continues. Honestly the series ranned its course after the Buu saga anyway so everything just extra imo. I didnt mind the battle of gods (which was cool to introduce other universes but didnt execute very well)

I did love hit and some of the moments in TOP.

I don't mind it either. The fights and story are still fun as hell for me. Also love seeing Goku and the others get immensely powerful beyond limits they never perceived.

As someone who last watched new Dragonball with GT, what are the reasons that Super is good and GT is bad.

Super is much more enjoyable with better villains, fights and character interactions. Yeah they might be asspulling the story and power ups now, but I always thought Db was like that since the Buu arc and I learnt to accept it.

I mean the Broly movie alone was one of the best experiences I've had in cinema. If it's still giving me experiences like that then I'm all for it.

FF14 and Persona 5.

I don't think it's supposed to at all. From BoG I knew they wern't going to keep that timeskip. They're gonna change it and fit it in with the Super timeline.

its in my local cinema next week so maybe Ill watch it.

If you've watched non of Super and don't want to watch it, I really recommend the newer Broly movie that came out a few years ago.

Literally the best fights and animations in the whole series. It was insane when I saw it in the cinemas.

Today I'm out with my gf at a cafe writing more of my story and studying on Data (using BigQuery this time).

Writing:
Started to write a lot again, actually have a good idea of where I wanted to direct this whole plot. It was originally for a DnD campaign back in 2019, I made a whole new world with lore, characters, creatures, magic names, Gods and beings who occupy the worlds, lore specific calamities and apocalyptic events. Now I've started to write about a character from the beginning, at the planets conception.

Courses:
Gained a few certificates for both Python and Data! This helps me a lot with my CV (my data course was one of the main reasons why I'm hired now and working in data! Its a purely work from home job and I'm loving it. I think my legal experience and law degree helped as well since they would like me to work in the legal department as well as data.)

Drawing:
I've started to sketch much more differently. I've realized that keeping with a specific pace with familiar techniques only hinders my progress, especially since I'm a newbie at it. Letting my hands and mind go crazy helps me learn much more about angles, perspective ect. Even if it comes out weird, its still a learning experience.

And yeah, thats it. I'll keep updating daily on my activities. If its brief so be it. I've got a full time job now so I need to balance things out even more wisely.

My only experience about this was when I once entered a topic about a guy asking legitimate questions about trans people.

Some other user was talking about not needing to have the conversation at all with others. Me and a few other users said people should have conversations about everything as long as they're being truthful and want to learn.

The guy proceeded to have a breakdown or something on me, using his past experiences to attack me. I proceeded to reply saying I also had bad experiences with certain things but never used that to attack anyone.

Ended up leaving the topic since the user was clearly not in the right state of mind. Probably the reason I usually dont take part in those discussions anymore.

I managed to get a bit of drawing done tonight! Its been a while. Trying to find some commissions I got done from a few comic cons back then, but I've misplaced them somewhere in my room. Driving me crazy.

That worked for me and my bff. She'd crush on me here and there but settle down if she saw that I was legitimately happy. She'd go home afterwards and be secretly sad about it, but she internalized it all. Either way, friendship saved and strengthened

She went to Oxford university after college. We kinda kept contact for a bit here and there but finally grew apart years ago. Don't even know what she's doing or where she's at, but hope she's doing well.

I would question your friend's intentions. Even if you are faithful, hanging out with a female friend who would love nothing more than for you guys to breakup is problematic. I know because I have been there. Now I am not saying that she wants you guys to breakup, but it is suspect. Especially because she didn't tell you when she broke up with her bf and she was against traveling with a group.

You can try the group hangout as suggested, but you may need to leave this friend behind. If she isn't truly supportive of your relationship (unless there is something wrong with your relationship), then she shouldn't be your friend. It is disrespectful to you and especially your girlfriend.

Yeah this is probably the best option.

What I was thinking of doing was inviting her, my girlfriend and other group of friends out for dinner or a movie. Just so everyone can be comfortable with each other and my girlfriend would know who she is and vice versa.

Hopefully that way she can back down and go back to being normal friends.
